Edgemont Presbyterian Church in Bristol invites all ages to their Children’s Christmas Play this Sunday, December 20, at 6:00pm.

The play, which is led by our high school students, comes from Leo Tolstoy’s famous Christmas story of Papa Panov, a Russian shoemaker who is looking for Jesus on Christmas Day.

The theme is from Matthew 25:35, 36, and 40:

For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

The service is free to all and will include special music, carols, and a reception following. Bring your friends and family and join us for a meaningful message which touches lives today as it did many years ago!
